ESS runs workshops specifically designed for the third sector.
Let’s Evaluate!
The Let’s Evaluate! programme of workshops is designed for third sector organisations and consists of three ‘starter’ workshops. We recommend that you take these three workshops in order:
- Getting Started workshop: Outcomes and Indicators
- Make to measure workshop: Evaluation Methods and Plans
- Telling my story workshop: Analysing and Reporting on Outcomes
They are delivered regularly throughout the year, or you can commission these workshops for your own organisation. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to take bookings from people who deliver front line services in the public sector. Supporting small organisations with the basics of self-evaluation
Do you support small, grassroots projects that are entirely new to self-evaluation and who need help to get started with simple evaluation systems? If so, you can commission us to provide two half-day, online workshops which will cover the very basics of good evaluation. Part 1 will cover outcomes, indicators and evaluation methods, and part 2 will cover analysis and reporting. You can commission part 1 on its own or part 1 and 2 together (but not part 2 alone).
